Sarah A. Marsey

Ms. Marsey is an associate at Atkinson, Conway & Gagnon, Inc..  She joined the firm in the fall of 2010.  Her emphasis is on commercial litigation, personal injury, construction litigation, and securities law.

She graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 2010.  Upon graduation, she was the recipient of the Nathan N. Schildkraut Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy.  While in law school, Ms. Marsey was a Mediator for the Small Claims Division of the New Jersey, Essex County Superior Court.  She also worked for the New York County District Attorney’s Office, and interned with Judge Freda L. Wolfson of the United States District Court of New Jersey.

During law school, Ms. Marsey was the winner of the David Cohn Appellate Advocacy Competition, a member of the Rutgers National Appellate Advocacy Team, a semi-finalist in the Nathan Back Mock Trial Competition, and a staff editor on the Rutgers Business Law Journal.

Before law school, Ms. Marsey was a paralegal in the construction litigation group in the San Francisco office of a national law firm.
