History

Atkinson, Conway & Gagnon, Inc. was founded in 1962. Over the past four and a half decades, we have handled all types of civil lawsuits — from complicated cases involving defective products to more routine automobile accidents. We have assisted our clients in business transactions ranging from multi-million dollar business acquisitions to simple employment contracts. We successfully represented the Governor of Alaska in the only impeachment proceeding in the history of the state. We have obtained multi-million dollar settlements and judgments in numerous personal injury and commercial cases.

The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory lists Atkinson, Conway & Gagnon, Inc. in the 2007 Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers for the areas of personal injury law, commercial litigation, construction law, health care law and employment benefits law.

This honor is limited to the "most distinguished law practices," those that have achieved the AV rating.
